Your information
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 3 October 2026
About this policy
This policy explains how Adcopy handles personal information when you use our application at app.adcopy.me, register an account, or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, contact adcopy.solution@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, phone number, account settings and authentication information. A phone number is required before you can use the application. Passwords are stored as hashes. Email and password registrations must confirm their email address before accessing the application.
We also process information you enter or upload while using Adcopy, such as business details, contacts, leads, messages, campaign content and media. Technical records may include IP addresses, browser information, sign-in times, application activity and error logs. If you purchase a subscription, we process plan, billing and transaction information; payment providers process payment details according to their own policies.
Sign in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address and whether Google has verified that email. We use these details to authenticate you and create or link your Adcopy account. We do not store Google OAuth access or refresh tokens. Google sign-in does not give Adcopy access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts. You must still provide a phone number before using Adcopy.
You can manage third-party connections through your Google account. Removing Google's permission does not automatically delete your Adcopy account; contact us to request account deletion.
How we use information
We use information to provide the application, manage accounts and subscriptions, verify email addresses, enable features you request, provide support, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and protect accounts. We may send essential service emails, including verification, password recovery, billing and account-security messages.
When information is shared
Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, storage, email delivery, payments and features you choose to use. Connecting messaging, AI or other integrations may send the information needed for that feature to the relevant provider. Team members may access business information according to the permissions you give them. Public links and forms expose the content you choose to publish.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights or secure the service. Providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence.
Cookies and similar storage
Adcopy uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, security and application preferences. Blocking essential cookies can prevent registration, sign-in or other features from working. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution needs. Deletion requests may be subject to these requirements, and residual copies may remain in backups until they are replaced through normal backup cycles.
We use access controls and authentication safeguards to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private and limit who can access your account.
Your choices and requests
You can update available account information in your profile. Contact adcopy.solution@gmail.com to request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information, or to ask about rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you upload personal information about customers or other people, you are responsible for having appropriate permission or another lawful basis and giving them the notices required for your use of that information.
Children
Adcopy is intended for business use and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required.
